Payment

Full payment is due at booking.

Sip & Float cancellations

• 7 or more days before departure: 100% refund.
• 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Under 72 hours or a no-show: no refund.

Private Charter cancellations

• 30 or more days before departure: 100% refund.
• 14 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Under 14 days: no refund, with one reschedule in the same season if a date is free.

Weather and safety

If Captain Rick cancels for weather or safety, you can choose a full refund or an open date. The captain makes the final decision.

If a Sip & Float session does not fill

If fewer than 6 seats have sold 48 hours before departure, choose a full refund or another session. We will contact you by email and phone.

Late arrival and no-shows

Late arrival shortens your tour. A no-show is non-refundable.

Call 604-997-4705 or email kelownaluxuryboattours@gmail.com. Include your booking name and date.

Privacy

When you ask about a charter, you share your name, contact details and trip plans. We use those details to answer your enquiry and arrange your cruise.

Online bookings and payments are handled by Wix Bookings on book.kelownaluxuryboattours.com. Card details are entered on that secure checkout and never reach this website.

Boarding: there are stairs from the restaurant down to the dock and no ramp onto the boat. If you or a guest have limited mobility, please contact us before booking so we can talk through options.
